LAW 93 - PROCEDURES OF APPEAL

B. Appeals Committee Available

The use of "Director in charge" removes any ambiguity as to whether the director in charge of an event could be over ruled by someone simply holding the title Chief Director of an association without actually being involved in running the event.

C. Further Possibilities of Appeal

63C1 Contestants may request a review by the QBA Appeals Committee of an appeal committee's ruling. Any decision made by the QBA Appeals Committee will be purely advisory and will have no effect on the announced results of the relevant event.

Any such request, if deemed to lack merit, may lead to a reprimand or a sanction.
